Each individual may hold only one active account on PedangWin. The creation of multiple accounts by one individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

To use the Services, you must complete the registration process on the Platform by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
PedangWin is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. The following documents may be required as part of the KYC process:
KYC documents are reviewed within one to three business days. PedangWin reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to withold withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. PedangWin accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and Hong Leong Connect. Cryptocurrency deposits including BTC, ETH, and USDT are also accepted.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most payment methods. Certain promotions may require a higher minimum deposit of RM50 to qualify for the associated bonus. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method, with a standard ceiling of RM30,000 per transaction for e-walets and online banking transfers.
All deposits are processed and held in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. PedangWin does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your PedangWin account are your own lawfully obtained funds and are not derived from any illegal activity. The use of funds belonging to a third party for deposits is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
To be eligible to withdraw funds, you must have: (a) completed KYC identity verification; (b) met all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus balance; (c) not exceeded your applicable withdrawal limit; and (d) maintained your account in good standing with no outstanding disputes or verification flags.
PedangWin aims to process withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes:

All withdrawal destinations — whether an e-wallet account or a bank account — must be registered in the same name as the PedangWin account holder. Transfers to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. PedangWin reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit source if withdrawal conditions are not met.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other offers made available on PedangWin are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Wagering requirements vary by promotion type:
Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
PedangWin employs sophisticated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome ("hedging"), exploiting technical errors, collusion with other players, and multi-accounting. Any Player found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balance forfeited, winings voided, and account suspended.
Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus balances will be removed from the account automatically. PedangWin is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms communicated at the time of the offer.

All games on PedangWin utilise certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer feeds from licensed game providers including Evolution, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Microgaming, and Spribe. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are provided by the respective game providers and represent theoretical long-run averages, not guaranteed returns on individual sessions.
Sports betting markets including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, AFF Cup, Champions League, and UFC are governed by the rules of the respective sport and PedangWin's internal sportsbook rules. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, the decision of PedangWin's sportsbook management team shall be final.
In the event of a technical malfunction, network disruption, or software error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, PedangWin reserves the right to void affected transactions and return stakes to Players. PedangWin shall not be liable for any loss of winings resulting from a technical error beyond its reasonable control.
Maximum win limits may apply to certain games and promotions. Where applicable, these limits will be communicated clearly in the relevant game or promotion terms. PedangWin reserves the right to cap winnings arising from manifestly eroneous odds or game configurations.
